SHRIMP dating of zircons from the Caledonian Xiongdian eclogite, western Dabie Mountains, China

This note reports the SHRIMP U-Pb data of zircons from the Caledonian Xiongdian eclogite, western Dabie Mountains. Zircons from the rock occur mainly in garnet and other metamorphic minerals with sharp boundaries and exhibit textures growing under metamorphic conditions. Analyses of 7 grains give ²⁰⁶Pb/²³⁸U ages ranging from 335 to 424 Ma, showing a certain degree of radiogenic lead loss. This suggests a minimum age of (424±5) Ma for the metamorphic zircons, as well as the high-pressure metamorphic event. The outer peripheral zone of a zircon gives ²⁰⁶Pb/²³⁸U age of about 300 Ma. Combined with Sm-Nd, ⁴⁰Ar-³⁹Ar, U-Pb and ²⁰⁷Pb/²⁰⁶Pb ages, the peak metamorphism of the Xiongdian eclogite is documented between 424—480 Ma.

我国在建设社会主义市场经济价值系统的过程中,可以借鉴和扬弃西方“个性主义“的普遍人类价值因素.在社会层面,借鉴吸收卢梭关于“自由个人构成合理共同体“的思想,克服旧价值观“整体主义“泯灭个性自由的痼疾;在政治层面,借鉴吸取洛克“社会契约论“的民主法制精神,消解旧价值观以“权威主义“剥夺个人主体地位的顽症;在伦理层面,借鉴吸收康德“绝对命令说“的道德精髓,清除旧价值观以“私德至上“否绝个人正当利益的弊端.目前,我们应当看到“个性主义“因其阶级性时代性所限,有可能导致个人主体性的异化,滑向极端利己主义,对此,只能以马克思关于“个人与社会统一为本位“的“人类解放“价值观对其补偏纠弊.     

北疆棉铃虫的空间分布及其不同抽样方法比较的研究

通过田间调查和计算,棉田棉铃虫二代卵空间分布型符合泊松分布和负二项分布,麦田一代幼虫空间分布型符合负二项分布。明确了棉田棉铃虫一、二代卵呈聚集分布,麦田一代幼虫也为聚集分布。比较了大五点、双对角线、平行线和Z字型4种抽样方法,以Z字型和平行线的方法为佳,五点法不适宜于棉田一代棉铃虫卵的调查。

伪装检测仿真技术与方法

受时间、设备、经费以及环境等条件的限制,伪装检测实际上不能达到敌现代高技术侦察的条件,处于特例检测以偏概全、满足统计要求的检测又无法实现的两难境遇。通过探索“黑箱化”途径,分析特例与普遍意义的关系,确定统计意义下的应用条件;对连续与间断的辩证转化,建立模拟运算公式和传递模型;讨论局部与整体的空间均匀性,限定模型的边界和条件;由聚类与分解相关因素,简化或深化研究问题;经模拟运行和实验检验,探索实现伪装检测遥感图象的数字仿真。     

荀子“性恶”再探析

“性恶”是荀子的一个重要思想,以往学界大都从“恶”的角度出发来考察和分析荀子之“性恶”,本文则另辟蹊径,从“性”的角度出发来考察和分析荀子之“性恶”,通过对“‘性’训作什么？”、“‘性’指什么？”以及“‘性’怎么样？”这三个问题的回答揭示出荀子“性恶”的实质乃是性“离朴”而恶和性“纵欲”而恶,同时更指出了荀子的“性恶”并不是纯粹的“恶”,而是“性恶”中本具自觉向善的倾向和向善的能力,也就是说,荀子的“性恶”是一种积极的“恶”而不是一种消极的“恶”,正是基于此,所以荀子才说“涂（途）之人可以为禹”。

以热连轧机轴承系统的热变形故障作为研究对象,详细分析了轴承系统的内热源和轴承摩擦力矩的两种计算方法,最后采用PALMGREN公式计算了不同转速下的轴承温升.     

High-performance thin-film transistors using semiconductor nanowires and nanoribbons

Thin-film transistors (TFTs) are the fundamental building blocks for the rapidly growing field of macroelectronics. The use of plastic substrates is also increasing in importance owing to their light weight, flexibility, shock resistance and low cost. Current polycrystalline-Si TFT technology is difficult to implement on plastics because of the high process temperatures required. Amorphous-Si and organic semiconductor TFTs, which can be processed at lower temperatures, but are limited by poor carrier mobility. As a result, applications that require even modest computation, control or communication functions on plastics cannot be addressed by existing TFT technology. Alternative semiconductor materials that could form TFTs with performance comparable to or better than polycrystalline or single-crystal Si, and which can be processed at low temperatures over large-area plastic substrates, should not only improve the existing technologies, but also enable new applications in flexible, wearable and disposable electronics. Here we report the fabrication of TFTs using oriented Si nanowire thin films or CdS nanoribbons as semiconducting channels. We show that high-performance TFTs can be produced on various substrates, including plastics, using a low-temperature assembly process. Our approach is general to a broad range of materials including high-mobility materials (such as InAs or InP).     

比兴思维与意象的生成

意象是汉代之后逐渐形成的一个审美范畴,王充较早提出这一概念。王弼探讨了意象的创造过程,将其看做是意和象的统一。“立象”是意象创造中的核心问题,自然涉及艺术思维。“立象”的过程是比兴思维的过程,无论是选择物象还是心理创造都离不开比兴思维。在比兴思维的调和下,意象才能真正地发挥审美作用。“兴象”从基元上讲就是一种审美意象,但它不是普通的意象,而是一种言有尽而意无穷,且具有刚健壮大情思的审美意象。这种审美意象就是象外之象。     

Adaptive terminal sliding mode control for high-order nonlinear dynamic systems

An adaptive terminal sliding mode control (SMC) technique is proposed to deal with the tracking problem for a class of high-order nonlinear dynamic systems. It is shown that a function augmented sliding hyperplane can be used to develop a new terminal sliding mode for high-order nonlinear systems. A terminal SMC controller based on Lyapunov theory is designed to force the state variables of the closed-loop system to reach and remain on the terminal sliding mode, so that the output tracking error then converges to zero in finite time which can be set arbitrarily. An adaptive mechanism is introduced to estimate the unknown parameters of the upper bounds of system uncertainties. The estimates are then used as controller parameters so that the effects of uncertain dynamics can be eliminated. It is also shown that the stability of the closed-loop system can be guaranteed with the proposed control strategy. The simulation of a numerical example is provided to show the effectiveness of the new method.
